本ポリシーは、ヤイリカ・ジェスタリーチェの iOS・iPadOS アプリ（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明します。提供者：Izuru Toys。本アプリは、カメラで人物を撮って変身の動画をつくります。
情報の取扱い
本アプリの撮影、姿勢・顔・身体の認識、衣装の描画、動画の作成は端末内で行います。提供者は、映像、顔や身体の情報、利用状況、識別子を収集しません。アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、他のアプリやサイトをまたぐ追跡はありません。
カメラ・顔や身体の情報
カメラは、許可を得て変身エフェクトの表示と動画の撮影に使用します。顔の位置や向き、身体の寸法、姿勢、人物の切り抜きの情報を、衣装合わせと顔隠しのために端末内で処理します。作品には、顔の位置や向きの記録と身体の採寸の値を保存します。姿勢や人物の切り抜きの観測記録は、開発者モード（後述）をオンにしたときだけ保存します。顔による本人識別には使用しません。
音声
マイクは、撮り方「自由に撮影」を選んで撮影するときだけ、許可を得て使用します。撮影中の声と周囲の音を録音し、同梱の音楽に重ねて完成動画に入れます。録音は端末内で処理し、提供者へ送信しません。マイクを許可しなくても「自由に撮影」で撮影でき、その場合の動画は音楽だけになります。ほかの撮り方ではマイクを使用せず、動画には同梱の音楽・効果音を使います。保存・共有する動画は「音なし」も選べます。撮影案内には、あらかじめ作成して同梱した音声を使用します（VOICEVOX:ずんだもん）。案内の再生時に音声合成サーバーへ接続しません。
端末内に保存するものと削除
次の撮影で使えるように、成功した身体・頭・髪の採寸を端末内に1件だけ覚えます。撮影を最後まで行わなくても保存し、新しい採寸が成功すると置き換えます。採寸画面の「まえの採寸をつかう」の隣にあるごみ箱で削除できます。ライブラリで作品を消しても、この採寸は消えません。採寸の保存場所はバックアップから除外します。アプリを削除すると採寸も消えます。
完成動画はアプリのライブラリに保存します。作品の完成が確定した時点で、アプリの書類領域（Documents）の作品ごとのフォルダに残すのは、完成動画の原本、撮影日時や顔隠しの選択などの管理情報、見本画像、顔の位置や向きの記録（顔隠しに使用）、身体の採寸の値の5つだけです。撮影した素材（ショットごとの動画と「自由に撮影」で録音した声）、姿勢や人物の切り抜きなどの観測記録、撮影途中の状態は、完成の確定直後に削除します。撮影・組み上げの途中のデータは、組み上げのやり直しに使うため、完成・失敗・中止で片付けるまで作業用のフォルダに置きます。動作・推論の診断記録は作成しません。これらを提供者へ自動送信する機能はありません。
開発者モード：端末の「設定」→「ヤイリカ」に「開発者モード」の切り替えがあります。既定はオフです。ご自身でオンにしたときだけ、完成後も撮影した素材と観測記録を直近の3作品に限って残し（それより古い作品の素材・観測記録は、次の作品の完成時に削除します）、動作・推論の診断記録を端末内に書き加えます（1本で数百MBになることがあります）。オンにしても、これらを提供者へ自動送信することはありません。「問題を報告」の共有メニューでご自身が「素材も送る」を選んだときだけ、直近の作品の素材・観測記録を、ご自身が選んだ送り先へ渡します。オフに戻した後は、次に作品が完成したときに残っていた素材・観測記録も削除します。診断記録には自動削除の期限を設けていません。
完成した作品は、ライブラリの「消す」で、その作品のフォルダにあるもの（開発者モードで残した素材・観測記録を含む）とともに削除できます。削除の後始末が中断された場合は、次にライブラリを読み込むときに再開します。完成作品を一定期間で自動削除する設定はありません。
顔隠しは原本の顔を消去する機能ではありません。アプリ内には顔を覆っていない完成動画の原本と顔の記録が残ります（開発者モードでは撮影した素材も残ります）。保存・共有の際に、そのとき選んだ覆いを動画のコピーに焼き込みます。「覆わない」を選べば顔は覆われません。顔隠しは匿名性を保証するものではなく、渡す前に動画を確認してください。
OS のバックアップとファイル共有
OS のバックアップ（iCloud やコンピュータへのバックアップ）の対象にするのは、各作品の上記5つ（完成動画の原本・管理情報・見本画像・顔の記録・採寸の値）だけです。そのため、バックアップから戻した端末でも、作品を見返し、顔隠しを選び直して渡せます。作業用のフォルダ、削除途中のデータ、開発者モードで残した素材・観測記録・診断記録は、OS のバックアップから除外する指定をしています。バックアップの取扱いは利用する OS・サービスの設定に従います。提供者がバックアップを受け取るわけではありません。
本アプリの書類は「ファイル」やコンピュータのファイル共有機能から取り出せます。開発者モードがオフのときに取り出せるのは、各作品の完成動画と記録の5つ（顔の記録・採寸の値を含む）です。オンのときは、撮影した素材・観測記録・診断記録も取り出せます。動画だけでなく顔や身体の記録も含まれるため、共有する内容を確認してください。
ビデオの保存と共有
「ビデオを保存」を選んだときに、写真ライブラリへの追加の許可を求め、準備した動画のコピーを追加します。既存の写真や動画を読み出す許可は求めません。写真への追加はご自身の操作で行い、iCloud 写真などへの同期は端末の設定に従います。
「共有」は OS の共有メニューを開き、ご自身が選んだ保存先・アプリ・サービスへ動画のコピーを渡します。この操作で採寸や顔の記録のファイルを一緒に渡すことはありません。共有先での取扱いは、そのサービスの規約・ポリシーに従います。
保存・共有の準備に使うコピーはアプリの一時保存領域に置き、使用後や次回起動時に片付けます。ライブラリで作品を消しても、写真ライブラリや共有先に渡したコピー、既存のバックアップは連動して削除されません。
通信と使用するソフトウェア
画面・模型・音声など必要なファイルはアプリに同梱します。MediaPipe による人物の認識、Filament による描画は端末内で行い、アプリから映像・採寸・診断記録を開発者へ自動送信しません。
ご自身で選んだ共有先を利用するときや、メールでお問い合わせいただくときは、そのサービスと通信することがあります。公開された本ポリシーをブラウザで読む場合も、ページ配信元で通常のアクセスログ（IP アドレス等）が記録される場合があります。
変更とお問い合わせ
機能の追加・変更にあわせて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。アカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析等を導入する場合は、本ポリシーを更新してお知らせします。

iOS Privacy Policy (English)

This policy covers the iOS and iPadOS app Yayrika-Gestalice (the app). Provider: Izuru Toys. The app films a person with the camera and makes a transformation video.
Information handling
Recording, pose and face recognition, body measurements, rendering and video creation take place on your device. The provider does not collect images, face or body information, usage data or identifiers. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking across other apps or websites.
Camera, face and body information
With your permission, the camera displays transformation effects and records videos. Face position and orientation, body measurements, poses and person masks are processed on your device for costume fitting and face covering. Each work keeps a record of face positions and orientations and the body measurement values. Pose and person-mask observations are saved only when Developer Mode (described below) is turned on. They are not used to identify you.
Audio
The app uses the microphone, with your permission, only when you record in the Free Capture mode. It records your voice and surrounding sounds during the recording and layers them over the bundled music in the completed video. The recording is processed on your device and is not sent to the provider. You can still use Free Capture without allowing the microphone; the video then has music only. The other capture modes do not use the microphone, and their videos use bundled music and sound effects. You can choose a muted copy for saving or sharing. Recording guidance uses pre-rendered, bundled audio (credit: VOICEVOX:ずんだもん); playing it does not contact a speech-synthesis server.
Local storage and deletion
Completed videos are saved in the app's library. Once a work is finalized, its folder in the app's Documents area keeps only five items: the original completed video, management information such as the recording date and cover selection, a thumbnail, a record of face positions and orientations (used for face covering), and the body measurement values. Source recordings (the video of each shot and the voice recorded in Free Capture), observations such as poses and person masks, and intermediate recording state are deleted right after the work is finalized. Data from a recording or assembly in progress stays in a working folder, so that assembly can be retried, until it is completed, fails or is discarded. No performance or inference diagnostics are written. The app does not automatically send these records to the provider.
Developer Mode: A Developer Mode switch is available in the device's Settings app under Yayrika. It is off by default. Only when you turn it on does the app keep source recordings and observations after a work is finalized and append performance and inference diagnostics on the device (this can reach several hundred MB per video). Turning it on does not send these records to the provider. If you turn it off again, source recordings and observations kept while it was on remain until that work is deleted, and the diagnostic records have no automatic deletion deadline.
Deleting a work from the library removes everything in its folder, including source recordings and observations kept in Developer Mode. If deletion is interrupted, cleanup resumes when the library is next loaded. Completed works have no automatic expiry.
Face covering does not erase faces from original recordings. Uncovered original videos and face records remain in the app (in Developer Mode, source recordings as well). Your selected cover is rendered into a copy when you save or share. Choosing no cover leaves faces visible. Covering does not guarantee anonymity; review the video before sending it.
OS backups and file sharing
Only the five items of each work listed above (original video, management information, thumbnail, face record and measurement values) are included in OS backups (iCloud or computer backups), so a device restored from a backup can still play the works, change the face cover and share them. Working folders, data being deleted, and source recordings, observations and diagnostics kept in Developer Mode are marked for exclusion from OS backups. Backups follow the settings of your OS and backup service; the provider does not receive them.
You can also retrieve the app's documents using Files or computer file sharing. With Developer Mode off, this covers each work's completed video and its records (five items, including the face record and measurement values). With Developer Mode on, source recordings, observations and diagnostics can also be retrieved. Because face and body records are included as well as videos, check what you are sharing.
Saving to Photos and sharing
When you choose to save to Photos, the app requests permission to add a prepared video copy to your photo library. It does not request permission to read existing photos or videos. Saving is initiated by you; syncing through services such as iCloud Photos follows your device settings.
Sharing opens the OS share sheet and passes a video copy to the destination, app or service you choose. Measurement and face-record files are not attached through this action. The destination's terms and privacy policy apply.
Copies prepared for saving or sharing are stored temporarily and cleaned up after use or at the next launch. Deleting a work from the app's library does not delete copies already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere, or existing backups.
Network and software
Required interface files, models and audio are bundled with the app. MediaPipe recognition and Filament rendering run on your device. The app does not automatically send images, measurements or diagnostic records to the developer.
Sharing destinations you choose, or contacting us by email, may use network connections. Viewing the published policy in a browser may also generate standard hosting access logs, such as IP addresses.

This policy may be revised as features change. If accounts, ads or analytics are introduced, the policy will be updated and notice provided.
